Q: HOW DO I DO A RETURN?

A: The answer is: 
Just send them back to us.

Within 90 days. In unused/unworn/like-new condition.
 PLEASE track and/or insure your package - we are a very small business so you will see a refund for the cost of the items that you returned about 2-4 days after you see that we received your package.

WE ONLY HAVE A 6-10% RETURN RATE. 
INDUSTRY STANDARD IS 30%. 

We actually try these on dozens of people before we post sizing information on our site because we never want to hear: "These aren't the size you said they were."

We have been making footwear for a very long time so we monitor our returns and if most people that return a particular style always gets a larger size we say: "These fit 1/2 size smaller than normal" in the sizing tips so you really know what the rest of our customers who fit your size said, or "1/2 size larger", etc. If they do not then we know we can say with confidence that our products run true to size.
And you may have noticed that our prices are pretty low - so we don't offer "free" returns. No returns are absolutely free - the cost is built into their price.

Q: HOW DO I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

A: The answer is: 
Just order a different size on our website.

Because of cyber-security (really) we do not get your credit card number any more - so we can't just ship out another pair. Our system makes us refund the pair you sent back - then a 2nd transaction has to happen to ship you the second pair.

So just order a different size on our website - and send the other pair back to us. You can wait to send the first pair back until you receive the second pair if you like.

Q: CAN YOU MAKE ME A PAIR THAT IS DIFFERENT THAN THE ONES YOU HAVE ON YOUR SITE (OR WHEN WILL WE GET IN A STYLE WE USED TO MAKE A LONG TIME AGO)?

A: The answer is: 
We wish we could make custom styles - but it would be 4-5 times the price.

We are just manufacturers and don't do anything custom. We try to make styles nobody else does for a slightly better price.

And about styles we used to sell: often when we make something it's just what everybody wants to buy! Hooray! But by the time we start to run out of them - and start reducing the price - we can hardly give them away - so of course we don't want to make them again :( 

Then we design something totally different and hope we get it right :)
